This legislation requires the juvenile court clerk to file a report every February 28 with the Administrative Office of the Courts that includes the total number of petitions or motions filed regarding abortions for unemancipated minors, as well as the number of those cases where the judge appointed a guardian ad litem, appointed counsel, ordered the abortion without notification, and denied an order to perform the abortion without notification.  The report must also include the number of denials from which an appeal was filed, the number of appeals where the denial was affirmed and the number of appeals where the denial was reversed.
